27 guests' feedbackWe planned a last minute family trip and Cambalala Bushveld Retreat exceeded our expectations. The lodge is pristine, beautiful and tranquil. We were fortunate to see a juvenile hippo who was displaced and took refuge near the terrace, a daily attraction for all the guests. We will be back soon.
Comfortable unit with everything needed. Good constant communication from agent who answers all questions. Kruger Park Lodge is of excellent quality and very well maintained. It is also conveniently close to the KNP for day visits. Two small problems on arrival, but thanks to excellent service at reception it was sorted literally within 5 minutes.

The private villa has spacious rooms and is comfortably furnished to accommodate 6 adults. The nearby shopping centers offer all the shopping convenience for a family's needs. Kruger Park Lodge is conveniently located close to the gates of the Kruger National Park. Together with this, the lodge's outdoor activities offer the perfect balance of wildlife park visits and family entertainment in the comfort and tranquility of the Lowveld.
Very nice view of golf country and lots to do for children. Place was neat and clean and easy to find. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Food at the restaurant was delicious and the service excellent.

One of the most awesome places we ever staying in in South Africa. The entire residential area and the house itself are just brilliant. Secure area, 24 hours reception, very quiet with own golf course, a river with hippos, impalas walking alongside the road and much more. The house is very spacious, we were a company of 5 adults and one child and there was a lot of space for all of us. Nice bedrooms, fully-furnished kitchen, and modern bathrooms made this stay very comfortable for us. If you are looking for the accommodation in Hazyview you must definitely consider this option, you won't be disappointed.
This is not the first time we've stayed at Kruger park Lodge and it won't be the last. We had a lovely stay and a wonderful time. I would just recommend that the install a gate or something at the bottom of the stairs as an accident could easily happen if one has small children.

Noise audible outside of the chalet is prohibited from 22h00 until 09h00. No lewd, drunken, and disorderly behavior will be tolerated on the resort.
No guests shall disturb or permit to be disturbed, any other person’s enjoyment of the resort. Nor may any guest interfere with the rights, comfort or convenience of any other owner or guest.
Guests will abide by the resort rules and maintain the serenity that guests have come to expect from Kruger Park Lodge wildlife and nature resort. The owner reserves the right to request a representative of the lodge to remove guests if they are drunken and disorderly or cause a disturbance of the peace, in which case guests forfeit their full booking fee and security deposit.
Occupancy:
The number of people occupying our units must not exceed the maximum guests that the house provides for (children i inclusive). Guests will not be allowed to enter and or occupy the unit where their numbers exceed maximum guests per unit, in which case guests forfeit their full fees and security deposit.
Your booking is strictly limited to the number of guests confirmed by us on your booking confirmation. Any changes to the number of guests are strictly at our discretion.
Smoking:
Our units are strictly no smoking indoors. However, you are welcome to smoke outside on the patio.
Use of the braai/barbeque:
Please only use charcoal when using the braai/BBQ on the patio. Due to the thatch roofs on the lodge, no wood fires are allowed.

We reserve the right to change tariffs, rules, terms, and conditions for staying at Cambalala to our own absolute discretion with immediate effect and without prior notice.
Right of admission reserved:
Management has the right to admit and or refuse entry to any person or institution without disclosure of any reason. No unauthorized persons will be allowed on the resort. Management reserves the right to terminate the occupancy of any person without notice, who fails to obey the rules, or for creating any form of excessive noise, any form of nuisance or annoyance which in any way interferes with the atmosphere o f the resort or general comfort of other guests and residents at the resort.
Security deposit:
A refundable security deposit of R1000 will be payable per unit booked. The Luxury Self-Catering Unit comprises an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a flat-screen TV. There are 2 bedrooms located downstairs, 1 of which has twin beds and the other a double bed. The unit has 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite and the other semi en-suite, with a bath and/or shower. Upstairs is a 4-sleeper loft area with a TV, 2 single beds, a double bunk, a day bed and a wooden cot for parents with small babies. The loft areas are very popular with families with small children or teenagers as it provides them with their own entertainment area. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mirrors, hairdryers and fitted wardrobes. The patio of unit 1 looks out over a beautiful indigenous garden, which has a view of a small dam with great bird spotting opportunities and the occasional baby crocodile.
